Reservations
When making reservations please advise the USA3000 reservations agent that the booking is for an unaccompanied child and provide the age of the child. Unaccompanied children from the ages of 5 but under the age of 12 are escorted off the aircraft by a flight attendant or ground personnel and are released to the designated adult who must produce positive photo identification and sign the Unaccompanied Child Form. Please make sure you read the paragraphs below on preparing your child for their flight.
At the Airport
USA3000 Airlines asks that the Unaccompanied Minor arrive at least two hours ahead of departure time at the airport check-in counters, and at the Departure Gate at least 45 minutes prior to departure. An Unaccompanied Minor form must be completed before USA3000 Airlines checks in the child for travel.
The child will be pre-boarded and identified to the Flight Attendants as an Unaccompanied Minor. If the Unaccompanied Minors arrives too late to be pre-boarded then the child will be boarded last to ensure identification to the Flight Attendants. On arrival at the final destination, the child will be escorted off the aircraft by a Flight Attendant or met by our ground staff and released ONLY to the person designated on the Unaccompanied Minor form.
The sending adult is required to accompany the child to the gate and remain at the airport until the flight has left for its destination.
Receiving party
USA3000 recommends that the person meeting the flight be contacted by the dispatching party and ensure that person meets the flight promptly on arrival. USA3000 designates the baggage arrivals area as the meeting point+
+When USA3000 ground staff available and the meeting party arrives early enough a gate pass maybe issued. In order to pass through the checkpoint a Government issued federal or state photo ID is required. Should USA3000 not have check in activities at that time or the flight is a late evening arrival, and the security checkpoint is closed, then the meeting party may only meet the child at the designated baggage arrivals carousel meeting point .

If the child is not met and the adult sending the child cannot be reached, or returned at the sending adult's expense, the unaccompanied minor custody will be turned over to the local authorities.
