If your reservation was booked at USA3000.com, a USA3000 preferred tour operator, or travel website partner, please call our reservations department at 1-877-USA3000 at least 48 hours prior to travel to arrange for special assistance. Disclosing the nature or extent of your disability is not required; however, providing us with information concerning any special assistance requests you may have allows USA3000 to ensure your trip is as smooth and comfortable as possible.

USA3000 Airlines is happy to accept Portable Oxygen Concentrators onboard the aircraft as checked baggage or as carry-on baggage as long as those medical devices:
(1) do not contain hazardous materials as determined by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration;
(2) are also regulated by the Food and Drug Administration; and
(3) assist a user of medical oxygen under a doctor's care.
Please note that medical documentation is required for use in cabin. Portable Oxygen Concentrators must be FAA approved. Here's a list of some FAA approved devices: AirSep FreeStyle, AirSep LifeStyle, Delphi RS–00400, Inogen One, Invacare XPO2, Respironics EverGo, and SeQual Eclipse.
Battery power is the responsibility of the passenger. Portable Oxygen Concentrators do not count against any baggage allowances.

Portable Ventilators/ Respirators
Portable Ventilators or Respirators with non-spillable batteries may be brought onboard the aircraft and used during flight as long the device is capable of being stored under the seat or in the overhead bin.
Motorized Wheelchairs or other Mobility Devices
If you plan to travel with a motorized wheelchair or a scooter, or may require wheelchair assistance during your time at the airport, we suggest you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure flight. We suggest all customers requiring additional assistance contact the USA3000 Airlines reservations department at 1-877-USA3000 at least 48 hours prior to your departure to ensure we can best accommodate your request.
The reservations agent will ask the following questions:
Will you be traveling with your own motorized wheelchair/scooter?
How much does your motorized wheelchair/scooter weigh?
If battery operated, what is the make and model of your wheelchair/scooter?
USA3000 Airlines accepts motorized and non-motorized mobility assistive devices for travel. When traveling with these items it may be necessary to disassemble and reassemble wheelchairs or other devices. We suggest traveling with written instructions as well as any specialized tools that may be required for this process. We ask that you please assist or advise our passenger service agents in the disconnection and reconnection of the battery. Dry cell or gel cell batteries will be disconnected. Wet cell batteries will be removed and boxed in FAA approved casing.
We suggest customers traveling with a battery-powered wheelchair or other mobility device arrive at the ticket counter at least two hours prior to departure to ensure proper boarding of the device. For safety, all batteries must be examined prior to handling.
If you are traveling with your own motorized wheelchair, it will be checked at the gate or at the ticket counter. USA3000 Airlines recommends that customers have insurance coverage for the full replacement value of their wheelchair. We will gladly provide assistance with boarding and deplaning. Please Note: Select airports do not have jet ways. Customers will be properly assisted up and down the aircraft stairs at these locations.
Wheelchair storage
USA3000 Airlines allows one collapsible non-motorized wheelchair to be stored on board. This space is available on a first-come, first serve basis. Non-collapsible wheelchairs or scooters are accepted as checked luggage. These items will be subject to check-in at the ticket counter or the departure gate area. Every aircraft has a collapsible wheelchair available for onboard use. A USA3000 Airlines in-flight crewmember is available to provide assistance to and from the aircraft lavatory.
Other Mobility Assistive Devices
Assistive devices including canes, walkers, and crutches that are capable of being stored in the overhead bin or under seat storage areas and do not protrude into the aisle are welcome as carry-on items.
