NECESSARY. The Contest begins on November 13, 2007 at 1:00 AM EST and ends on
December 1, 2007 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's
computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
USA3000 Airlines - Cure The
Winter Blues with in HOT Florida Destinations CONTEST (the
"Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United
States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are at least eighteen (18)
years old at the time of entry. Void in the Canadian Province of Quebec and
where prohibited. Employees of USA3000 Airlines and their partners, their
immediate families, and persons living in the same household of each such
employee, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Subject to all
applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws
and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional
agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator decisions,
which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a
prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. CONTEST:
During the Contest Period, visit www.usa3000.com/BWI and follow the links and
instructions to register for the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost,
late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected Submissions, which are void. Limit:
Each participant may enter one time during this Contest Period. Multiple
Participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any
automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in
disqualification.Winners will be notified by email and/or phone on or about
December 4, 2007. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return to
Sponsor, within ten (10) days from when the winner notification email is sent,
an Affidavit of Eligibility, (including social security number) and
Liability/Publicity/Copyright/Permission Release (or Declaration of Compliance,
if a Canadian resident), contained in the email, in order to claim his/her
prize, otherwise potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that
potential winner fails to return the required documentation within ten (10)
days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate. Winner must comply with all
Contest rules as published. Failure to comply with this requirement for any
reason, return of prize notification, return of a prize as undeliverable,
inability to contact a potential winner within ten (10) days of winner
notification, or disqualification of a winner for any reason will result in
forfeiture of the applicable prize, and the prize will be awarded to the
participant with the next highest score. There will be three (3) attempts to
award the prize in this manner; after three (3) attempts the prize will be
awarded to an alternate. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify
the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name,
address (city, state, province), likeness, photograph, interview, profile
and/or prize information and submission for editorial, advertising and/or
promotional purposes worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and
without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Winner and travel
companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Unless he/she is
the child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or
older as of date of departure. Additional ground transportation, additional
meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies),
telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not
included. Trip must be booked and completed within a year of winner's
notification. May be subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates.
Prize is
non-transferable. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at
Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed
prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value if a designated
prize or component should become unavailable for any reason. Prize consists of
only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Any item, feature,
cost or expense not specifically listed as part of the prize is the sole
responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for any and all
applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Except where
prohibited. Redemption instructions will appear on all hotel vouchers.
